1shallot, finely chopped
1(16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Select petite green peas, thawed
2 tbsp.finely chopped fresh basil
Hy-Vee salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté shallots until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Add thawed peas. Cook and stir until peas are heated through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
