Pears with Ginger-Infused Sauce

4 tbsp. fat-free vanilla yogurt | ||
¾ tsp. finely minced crystallized ginger | ||
4 tsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar, divided |
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Place pear halves cut-side-down on grill. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes or until pears are tender.
- Turn pear halves. Sprinkle each half with 1 teaspoon brown sugar. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until brown sugar is melted.
- Meanwhile, stir together yogurt and ginger. Set aside.
- To serve, top each pear half with 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture.
