Peanut Butter Maple Granola Bars

|⅓ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened|
|⅓ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee pancake syrup|
|2 ½ c. Hy-Vee Honey Graham Crunch cereal, coarsely crushed|
|1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats|
|½ c. Hy-Vee raisins|
|1 c. Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips|
|½ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter|
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and syrup until blended and smooth. Stir in cereal, oats, and raisins.
- Press mixture into prepared pan; bake for 25 minutes or until center is firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Spread over warm bars. Cool completely. Lift bars out of pan with foil; cut into squares.
