3 (3-oz.) pkg. soy sauce flavor ramen noodle soup
¼ c. Hy-Vee General Tso sauce
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
2 tsp. sesame oil
¼ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter, remaining in its 40-oz. jar
2 green onions, sliced, for garnish
Hy-Vee honey roasted peanuts, crushed, for garnish
Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
White sesame seeds, for garnish
Crushed red pepper, for garnish

Directions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain; reserve 3/4 cup cooking liquid. 

  2. Add General Tso sauce, honey, and sesame oil to peanut butter remaining in its jar; whisk until combined. Add hot ramen noodles and 1/3 to 3/4 cup hot broth for desired consistency. Cover jar with lid; shake to combine. 

  3. Transfer noodles to 4 servings plates. Garnish with green onions, peanuts, cilantro, sesame seeds, and red pepper, if desired.
