    3 ½ c. Hy-Vee Cocoa Rageous cereal, divided
    ⅓ c. plus 1/2 c. Hy-Vee crunchy peanut butter, divided
    ½ c. light corn syrup, divided
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    6 c. Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream, softened

    Directions

    1. Place 3 cups cereal in a large bowl; set aside.

    2. Combine 1/3 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup corn syrup and butter in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour over cereal; stir to coat evenly.

    3. Spread into a greased 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    4. Top cereal base with ice cream. Combine remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup corn syrup; spread on top of ice cream. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cereal.

    5. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours.
