    2 Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    ¼ c. cold water
    ½ c. Hy-Vee original hummus
    ½ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee semisweet chocolate baking chips, divided
    ½ c. Hy-Vee peanut butter flavored baking chips

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 18 (2-1/2 inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups. Lightly spray each paper cup with nonstick spray; set aside.

    2. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions using eggs, oil, and cold water. Stir in hummus and peanut butter until combined. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 

    3. Divide batter evenly among muffin liners. Sprinkle each with peanut butter chips and remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 

    4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near centers comes out clean. Remove brownie bites from muffin cups; cool completely on wire rack.
