|½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened|
|½ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter|
|1 Hy-Vee large egg|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract|
|1 c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda|
|3 c. Hy-Vee Cocoa Crunchies cereal, lightly crushed|

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter, sugars and peanut butter until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda. Beat into wet ingredients. Stir in cereal. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes before removing to racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
