    ¾ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    2 ¼ c. Hy-Vee flour
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 (12-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. Hy-Vee honey roasted peanuts

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in peanut butter. Beat in vanilla and eggs.

    3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and peanuts.

    4. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

    5. Bake for 11 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on cookie sheet for about 2 minutes. Remove cookies and cool on wire racks completely.
