    1 c.Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
    ¾ c.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ¾ c.packed Hy-Vee light brown sugar
    ½ c.Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter
    2Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee vanilla
    2 ¼ c.Hy-Vee flour
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee baking soda
    1(12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c.Hy-Vee honey roasted peanuts

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cream butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with a electric mixer.
    3. Add peanut butter and mix well.
    4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    5. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Gradually stir into sugar mixture.
    6. Stir in chocolate chips and peanuts.
    7. Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheet.
    8. Bake for 11 to 12 minutes.
    9. Let cookies stand on baking sheet 2 to 3 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
