Peanut Butter Burger

|1 lbs.||lean ground beef|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste|
|4 slice(s)||Hy-Vee cheddar cheese|
|4||Hy-Vee hamburger buns|
|8 tbsp.||Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter, divided|
|8||strips Hy-Vee thick sliced bacon, cooked|
- Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat. Form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill patties about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 160 degrees. Add a slice of cheddar to each patty for the last 1 to 2 minutes of cook time.
- Spread bottom hamburger buns with peanut butter. Top each with cooked burger, 2 slices of bacon and top bun.
