    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee cheddar cheese
    4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns
    8 tbsp. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter, divided
    8 strips Hy-Vee thick sliced bacon, cooked

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat. Form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill patties about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 160 degrees. Add a slice of cheddar to each patty for the last 1 to 2 minutes of cook time.
    2. Spread bottom hamburger buns with peanut butter. Top each with cooked burger, 2 slices of bacon and top bun.
