Peanut Butter Burger

4 slice(s) Hy-Vee cheddar cheese | ||
4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns | ||
8 tbsp. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter, divided | ||
8 strips Hy-Vee thick sliced bacon, cooked |
Directions
- Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat. Form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill patties about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 160 degrees. Add a slice of cheddar to each patty for the last 1 to 2 minutes of cook time.
- Spread bottom hamburger buns with peanut butter. Top each with cooked burger, 2 slices of bacon and top bun.
