Peachy Goat Cheese Bites
Sweet, tangy, and creamy—these peachy bites make an ideal snack or breakfast on the go.
Servings and Ingredients
|6 slice(s)||honey grain and seed bread, cut in half|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|2||(4 oz each) logs goat cheese (chèvre)|
|2||medium peaches, pitted and thinly sliced|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee honey|
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- For crostini, arrange bread slices in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Lightly brush one side of each bread slice with oil.
- Bake, uncovered, for 4 minutes. Turn slices over and bake for 3 to 4 minutes more or until crisp and light brown.
- Spread goat cheese onto bread just before serving. Top with peach slices. Drizzle with honey.
