    1 (18.8-oz.) pkg. savory seasoned turkey patties, (4 ct.)
    2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped, and divided
    2 tbsp. fresh lime juice, divided
    4 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    3 tbsp. mayonnaise with avocado oil
    4 Hy-Vee Bakery brioche hamburger buns, split
    4 slice(s) Vidalia onion
    1 jumbo peach, pitted and sliced
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee sliced Havarti cheese, optional
    Fresh arugula, for serving

    1. Break up turkey patties in a large bowl. Combine turkey with 1 tablespoon cilantro, 1 tablespoon lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper; do not overmix. Form mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Cover and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro, and 1 tablespoon lime juice in a small bowl; set aside. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350 degrees).

    3. Grill patties 14 to 16 minutes or until patties reach 165 degrees, turning halfway through and topping with cheese during the last 1 to 2 minutes, if desired.

    4. Meanwhile, grill onions and peaches for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly charred, turning halfway through. Grill buns, cut sides down, for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.

    5. To assemble, place arugula on bun bottoms; top with burgers, peach slices, and onion. Spread mayonnaise mixture on bun tops; place on sandwiches.
