Peach party! Who's in? Use frozen peaches and mango chunks instead of fresh fruit for an easy swap.
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(750 ml) bottle dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio, chilled|
|½ c.||peach schnapps|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|1||orange, cut into wedges|
|1||peach, pitted and cut into wedges|
|1||mango, pitted and cut into wedges|
|2 c.||Hy-Vee ginger ale, chilled|
- Combine wine, schnapps and sugar in a large pitcher. Gently stir in orange, peach and mango wedges. Chill for at least one hour. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
