    1 (29 oz) can Hy-Vee lite sliced peaches, drained
    1 c. fresh raspberries (use frozen unsweetened if not available)
    1 tsp. almond extract
    ½ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 c. plus 2 tbsp Hy-Vee flour, divided
    1 c. Hy-Vee Select muesli cereal
    ¾ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ c. Hy-Vee butter, melted
    Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream, optional

    Directions

    1. Toss peaches, raspberries and almond extract together.
    2. Combine sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Sprinkle over fruit and toss together.
    3. Transfer to a non-stick 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
    4. Combine muesli, 1 cup flour, brown sugar and butter. Sprinkle over fruit.
    5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
