    1 (15.25-oz.) can Hy-Vee sliced yellow cling peaches in heavy syrup, drained; liquid reserved
    2 c. fresh raspberries, plus additional for garnish
    4 sprig(s) fresh thyme, chopped, plus additional sprigs for garnish
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
    1 (64-oz.) bottle white grapefruit juice
    16 oz. peach and orange flavored vodka
    4 oz. peach schnapps
    2 oz. fresh lemon juice
    2 tbsp. peach flavored gelatin dessert mix
    10 dash(es) orange flavored bitters
    1 (750-ml) bottle brut rosé sparkling wine

    • 1 1/2 gallon punch bowl
    • 12 (9-oz.) serving glasses

    Directions

    1. Divide peach slices, raspberries, thyme, and lemon slices among ice cube molds. Pour reserved syrup into ice cube tray; top off with water. Freeze 6 hours or until frozen.

    2. For punch, combine white grape peach juice, peach and orange-flavored vodka, peach schnapps, fresh lemon juice, peach-flavored gelatin dessert mix, and orange-flavored bitters in a punch bowl. 

    3. To serve, add prepared ice cubes and top with brut rosé sparkling wine. Garnish with additional raspberries and fresh thyme sprigs, if desired.
