½ c. red plum, pitted and chopped
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Hy-Vee restaurant-style corn tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, peach, plum, and jalapeños in a medium bowl. Add lime juice and salt; toss to combine. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. 

  2. To serve, garnish with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
