    6 c. peeled, pitted, sliced fresh peaches
    1 c. Hy-Vee raspberry low-fat yogurt
    ⅔ c. part-skim ricotta cheese
    ¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 tbsp. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chopped pecans
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place peach slices in an ungreased 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
    2. In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt and ricotta cheese. Pour evenly over peaches.
    3. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, oats, pecans and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over dessert. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until brown sugar is melted. Serve immediately.
