    1 ¼ c. water
    3 egg whites
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee cream cheese frosting
    3 fruit roll-ups, cut into thin strips
    1 pt. blueberries

    Directions

    1. Prepare cupcakes according to package directions using water, egg whites and vegetable oil. Cool completely.
    2. Frost cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and decorate with fruit roll-ups and blueberries to resemble flag.
