|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|1||(16 oz) can Hy-Vee cream cheese frosting|
|3||fruit roll-ups, cut into thin strips|
- Prepare cupcakes according to package directions using water, egg whites and vegetable oil. Cool completely.
- Frost cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and decorate with fruit roll-ups and blueberries to resemble flag.
