Pasta Salad Kabobs
Servings and Ingredients
|12 Hy-Vee Select frozen cheese tortellini|
|12 Nature Sweet cherry tomatoes|
|12 Hy-Vee large ripe olives|
|12 Hy-Vee Colby Jack cheese cubes|
|12 (2-inch) chunks red bell pepper|
|½ c. Wish-Bone light Italian salad dressing|
- Cook tortellini in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine tortellini, tomatoes, olives, cheese, bell pepper and dressing. Toss gently to coat.
- On each of 6 wooden skewers, thread tortellini alternately with tomatoes, olives, cheese and bell pepper. Discard remaining dressing.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving.
