    1 tbsp.garlic-flavored olive oil
    2 tbsp.minced onions
    2 c.chicken broth
    1 tsp.dried parsley
    1(5.9 oz) box Near East Parmesan couscous mix
    3 tbsp.grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. In a medium skillet, heat oil. Sauté onion in oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
    2. Stir in broth and parsley. Bring to a boil.
    3. Stir in couscous. Cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese.
