    Directions

    1. For Blue Cheese Balls: Combine blue cheese and 1 tablespoon whipped cream cheese in a large bowl. Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls. Roll in chopped walnuts and dried cranberries and insert a pretzel stick into the center.

    2. For Parmesan Cheese Balls: Combine 8 ounces Parmesan cheese with remaining 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese in a large bowl. Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls. Roll in remaining 2 ounces Parmesan and chopped basil and insert a pretzel stick into the center.
