    ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee corn starch
    1 tbsp. hot sauce
    1 c. Hy-Vee Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
    1 lbs. chicken tenders

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
    2. In a shallow dish, combine milk, egg, cornstarch and hot sauce. Place panko on a separate large plate or shallow dish.
    3. Dip each chicken tender into milk mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Place in panko and coat each chicken tender making sure all sides are covered. Place chicken tenders on prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray chicken tenders with non-stick cooking spray.
    4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
    5. Note: Cooking time varies depending on the size of your chicken tenders. Pay attention and check often as to not overcook them.
