1 (6 oz) tilapia fillet | ||
1 large kale leaf | ||
¼ tsp. fresh lemon zest | ||
¼ tsp. fresh lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. olive oil | ||
1 tsp. dried chives | ||
2 tbsp. liquid, such as white wine, chicken broth or water | ||
Salt and pepper, to taste | ||
½ c. water |
Directions
- Place tilapia fillet on kale leaf. Top fish with lemon zest and juice, olive oil, chives, liquid and salt and pepper. Wrap and secure in parchment paper to make a package.
- Put water in shallow pan. Lay wrapped tilapia in pan. Bring water to a gently boil and cook until done, about 7 minutes.
