    6 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    1 ½ tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
    1 (12 oz) pkg Fish Market catfish fillets, thawed
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. Combine cornmeal, flour and Old Bay seasoning. Coat catfish with mixture, shaking off excess.
    2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add catfish in single layer. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully turn the fish and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
