1 (12 oz) pkg Fish Market catfish fillets, thawed | ||

Directions
- Combine cornmeal, flour and Old Bay seasoning. Coat catfish with mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add catfish in single layer. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully turn the fish and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
