    1 (2 lb) salmon fillet
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee sea salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp freshly ground Hy-Vee pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
    3. Place salmon, skin-side-down, on prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    4. Roast salmon for 15 to 17 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Cover with aluminum foil and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
