1 (1 oz) envelope Hy-Vee onion soup mix | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee parsley | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
1 tsp. McCormick garlic and herb seasoning | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Close bag. Shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Pour potatoes into a shallow baking pan. Discard bag.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
