    2 lbs. potatoes, unpeeled, cut into large chunks
    1 (1 oz) envelope Hy-Vee onion soup mix
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee parsley
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 tsp. McCormick garlic and herb seasoning
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Close bag. Shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
    2. Pour potatoes into a shallow baking pan. Discard bag.
    3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
