Directions
- Combine oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and stir well to combine.
- Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and roast at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- *Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs may be used. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
