    2 tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs*

    Directions

    1. Combine oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and stir well to combine.
    2. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and roast at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    3. *Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs may be used. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
