3medium carrots, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into thirds
1 tbsp.Hy-Vee Select olive oil
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place cauliflower and carrots on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Roast 45 minutes, stirring halfway through roast time.
