Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

|4 c.||Hy-Vee Corn Flakes cereal, crushed to 2 cups|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee flour|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee dried oregano|
|2 tsp.||Hy-Vee ground cumin|
|1 ½ tsp.||Hy-Vee black pepper|
|4||(4-oz. each)boneless, skinless chicken breasts|

- 2 medium shallow bowls
- Resealable plastic bag
- Meat thermometer
Place eggs in a shallow bowl. Beat eggs; set aside. Place crushed cereal in a separate medium shallow bowl; set aside. Combine flour, oregano, cumin and pepper in a resealable plastic bag.
Add chicken to plastic bag with flour mixture and shake to coat. Remove chicken from bag. Dip into beaten egg, one at a time. Remove from beaten egg and press chicken into crushed cereal, coating each side evenly. Discard flour and bag.
Place on prepared baking sheet and bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
