Oreo Ice Cream Dessert
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (20 oz) pkg Oreo cookies, crushed|
|½ c. margarine, melted|
|½ gal. vanilla ice cream, softened|
|1 (12 oz) jar hot fudge sauce|
|1 (11 oz) pkg salted peanuts|
|1 (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed|
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted margarine. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Pat remaining cookie crumb mixture in 9-by-13-inch pan for crust.
- Spread softened ice cream over crust. Freeze until firm.
- Pour fudge sauce over ice cream. Cover fudge sauce with peanuts. Freeze until partially firm.
- Spread Cool Whip over peanuts. Top with 1 cup reserved cookie crumb mixture. Freeze.
