    We refer to this dish as "fish with a twist," with the twist being using orange instead of lemon. It's just another way to brighten the flavors.

    Zest of 1 orange
    1 tbsp. orange juice
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste
    1 lbs. Canadian trout fillets

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. In a medium bowl combine orange zest, orange juice, Italian seasoning, garlic and cayenne pepper. Whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Place fish skin-side-down on prepared baking sheet. Pat herb mixture onto fish.
    4. Broil about 7 minutes or until fish begins to flake. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
