    1 (12 oz) can albacore tuna in water, drained
    ½ c. chopped celery
    3 Hy-Vee large eggs, hard cooked, peeled and chopped
    ⅜ c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard
    5 slice(s) low-carbohydrate white bread

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, celery, eggs, salad dressing and mustard. Mix well.
    2. Top each slice of bread with 1/2 cup of tuna mixture.
    3. Serve immediately.
