|4 c.||plain popped popcorn|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee lightly salted dry roasted peanuts|

|1||(10.5-oz.) bag Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows|
|½ c.||caramel topping|

In a large bowl, combine cereal, popcorn and peanuts; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and continue to cook, stirring until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring gently to combine.
Spread half the cereal mixture in prepared pan. Drizzle with caramel topping and top with remaining cereal mixture, pressing gently. Cool completely.
