1 (2 oz) envelope Hy-Vee onion soup mix
2 lbs. Hy-Vee russet potatoes, cut into large chunks
⅓ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Pour potatoes into a 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Discard bag.
  3. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
