    1 (16-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee pot-sized linguine
    1 (1-lbs.) pkg. Hy-Vee Fish Market raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and thawed if frozen (16 to 21 ct.)
    ⅓ c. Gustare Vita pesto
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. mascarpone cheese
    Hy-Vee salt
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Add water to a large stockpot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add linguine, pesto, and mascarpone cheese to stockpot. Cook, covered, 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    2. Add shrimp to stockpot. Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until pasta is cooked through, shrimp is opaque, and most of the liquid has been absorbed; do not drain. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
