1 hard-boiled egg, chopped | ||
2 tbsp. bacon bits | ||
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
½ c. fat-free French dressing | ||
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion | ||
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce | ||
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar Twin |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine spinach, egg, bacon bits, and mushrooms.
- In a small bowl, combine French dressing, onion, Worcestershire sauce and Brown Sugar Twin.
- Add dressing mixture to spinach mixture. Toss well to coat. Serve immediately.
