2 c.cored, unpeeled, and diced red apples
¼ c.raisins
¼ c.chopped walnuts
½ c.Cool Whip Lite, thawed
2 tbsp.fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp.lemon juice
½ tsp.apple pie spice

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine apples, raisins, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Cool Whip Lite, mayonnaise, lemon juice and apple pie spice.
  3. Add Cool Whip Lite mixture to apple mixture. Mix gently to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
