    1 (12-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee semisweet chocolate chips
    ¼ c. pistachios, shelled and coarsely chopped
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread oats on a baking sheet. Toast 8 minutes; remove from oven and cool. 

    2. Microwave chocolate chips on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in 1/4 cup toasted oats. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 

    3. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup toasted oats, pistachios, and dried cranberries. Let stand until firm. Break into pieces to serve.
