    3 c. quick-cooking oats
    ½ c. chopped peanuts
    ½ c. wheat germ
    1 tbsp. grated orange zest
    ½ c. honey
    ½ c. undiluted apple juice concentrate, thawed
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins

    Directions

    1. Mix oats, peanuts, wheat germ and orange zest in a large bowl. Drizzle with honey and juice concentrate, tossing well to coat.
    2. Spread mixture in lightly greased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned, stirring every 5 minutes.
    3. Stir in cinnamon and raisins; cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Serve over yogurt, frozen yogurt, fruit or with milk.
