    1 ¼ c.Hy-Vee crunchy peanut butter*
    1 c.Hy-Vee butter
    3 ½ c.Hy-Vee powdered sugar
    3 tbsp.Hy-Vee baking cocoa
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes, stirring to combine, or until completely melted.
    2. Add powdered sugar, baking cocoa and vanilla; mix well. Spread evenly into a greased 8-inch square pan. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate 1 hour or until fudge is firm.
    3. *Variation: Use Hy-Vee crunchy peanut butter in place of the Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter.
