    ½ fresh pear
    1 c. pitted Medjool dates
    1 c. Hy-Vee lightly salted cashews
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    ¼ c. Performance Inspired vanilla whey protein powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp. Full Circle organic creamy almond butter

    Things To Grab

    • Food processor
    • Flat Tupperware container

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until a thick batter is formed, about 2-3 minutes.

      (Optional step: Add one teaspoon of water to help batter mix better).

    2. Roll into bites and place on a baking sheet or in a flat Tupperware container. Place in refrigerator to help bites set.

    3. Keep bites stored in refrigerator and enjoy within 6-7 days.
