1 (11.2 oz) pkg Hy-Vee real cheesecake
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
⅓ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted
Hy-Vee baking cocoa
1 ¼ c. cold Hy-Vee 2% milk
Hy-Vee whipped topping and chocolate cookie crumbs, for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare graham cracker crust according to preparation instructions.
  2. Add cocoa to dry filling mix and blend well. Pour milk into medium mixing bowl, add dry blend of cocoa and filling mix. Mix on low speed until blended. Then mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Filling will be thick.
  3. Spread filling into prepared crust. Refrigerate at least one hour.
  4. If desired, garnish with whipped topping and crushed chocolate cookie crumbs.
