    ½ (16-oz.) bag Hy-Vee tortilla chips
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee sliced black olives, drained
    ¼ c. jalapenos, sliced
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee medium salsa
    ⅓ c. avocado, seeded, peeled, and diced
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    ¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped

    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Cast-iron skillet

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill over medium-high heat.

    2. In a cast iron skillet, layer chips, cheese, olives, and jalapenos. Place skillet on preheated grill. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese has melted and nachos are heated through. 

    3. Remove skillet from grill and top with salsa, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
