Preheat a charcoal or gas grill over medium-high heat.
These quick and easy nachos are made in a cast iron skillet and grilled for just 5 minutes to ooey-gooey-cheesy perfection.
Servings and Ingredients
|½ (16-oz.) bag Hy-Vee tortilla chips|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee sliced black olives, drained|
|¼ c. jalapenos, sliced|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee medium salsa|
|⅓ c. avocado, seeded, peeled, and diced|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee sour cream|
|¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped|

- Charcoal or gas grill
- Cast-iron skillet
In a cast iron skillet, layer chips, cheese, olives, and jalapenos. Place skillet on preheated grill. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese has melted and nachos are heated through.
Remove skillet from grill and top with salsa, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
