1 (16 oz) bag Alexia crinkle cuts
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp Simply Organic Southwest taco seasoning
2 tbsp. Muir Glen mild salsa
2 tbsp. Organic Valley sour cream
1 c. Horizon organic shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped cilantro and chopped green onions, optional

Directions

  1. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Spread fries on pan. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Toss with taco seasoning.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until fries are golden brown and crisp. Toss gently halfway through.
  3. Meanwhile, combine salsa and sour cream.
  4. Transfer fries to a serving plate. Toss with cheese. Top with salsa mixture and, if desired, cilantro and green onions.
