|1||(16 oz) bag Alexia crinkle cuts|
|1 tbsp.||plus 1 tsp Simply Organic Southwest taco seasoning|
|2 tbsp.||Muir Glen mild salsa|
|2 tbsp.||Organic Valley sour cream|
|1 c.||Horizon organic shredded cheddar cheese|
|Chopped cilantro and chopped green onions, optional|
- Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Spread fries on pan. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Toss with taco seasoning.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until fries are golden brown and crisp. Toss gently halfway through.
- Meanwhile, combine salsa and sour cream.
- Transfer fries to a serving plate. Toss with cheese. Top with salsa mixture and, if desired, cilantro and green onions.
