1 (16 oz) bag Alexia crinkle cuts | ||
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp Simply Organic Southwest taco seasoning | ||
2 tbsp. Muir Glen mild salsa | ||
2 tbsp. Organic Valley sour cream | ||
1 c. Horizon organic shredded cheddar cheese | ||
Chopped cilantro and chopped green onions, optional |
Directions
- Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Spread fries on pan. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Toss with taco seasoning.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until fries are golden brown and crisp. Toss gently halfway through.
- Meanwhile, combine salsa and sour cream.
- Transfer fries to a serving plate. Toss with cheese. Top with salsa mixture and, if desired, cilantro and green onions.
