    1 c. fresh spinach
    1 medium banana
    1 c. fresh strawberries
    1 c. Hy-Vee vanilla Greek yogurt
    1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 tbsp. chia seeds

    Directions

    1. In a large high-powered blender, add oats, spinach, banana, strawberries, Greek yogurt, skim milk, and chia seeds. Cover and blend until smooth. Divide between two large serving glasses and serve immediately.
