    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

    2. Combine mustard and marmalade in a small bowl. Set aside.

    3. Place salmon fillets, skin-side-down on prepared baking sheet. Spread each fillet with mustard mixture.

    4. Bake for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
