Directions
Open buttermilk biscuits and separate biscuits. Cut marinated mozzarella into 20 cubes. Wrap each biscuit dough portion around a cheese cube and add 2 thin slices salami to each biscuit. Pinch ends together to seal. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Place mozzarella bombs on prepared baking sheet 1-inch apart. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Classico pasta sauce or Hy-Vee Alfredo sauce, if desired.
