    2 (7.5-oz.) pkgs. Hy-Vee buttermilk biscuits
    5 oz. BelGioioso marinated mozzarella white truffle braid
    40 slice(s) La Quercia salami
    Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    Classico pasta sauce, for serving
    Hy-Vee Alfredo sauce, for serving

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

    2. Open buttermilk biscuits and separate biscuits. Cut marinated mozzarella into 20 cubes. Wrap each biscuit dough portion around a cheese cube and add 2 thin slices salami to each biscuit. Pinch ends together to seal. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

    3. Place mozzarella bombs on prepared baking sheet 1-inch apart. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Classico pasta sauce or Hy-Vee Alfredo sauce, if desired.
