5 Hy-Vee large eggs, lightly beaten | ||

Directions
Combine preserves and mustard. Spread mixture on cut sides of each croissant. Layer slices of cheese, ham, and turkey on croissant bottoms. Add croissant tops.
Arrange sandwiches in a single layer in prepared dish. Whisk together eggs and half-and-half in a medium bowl. Pour over sandwiches. Using the back of a spoon, press sandwiches into liquid. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Cover and bake 25 minutes more or until set (165 degrees). Serve immediately.
