    1 (18 oz) loaf Take & Bake natural whole grain bread, baked according to package directions and cooled
    ½ c. light chive and onion cream cheese
    ⅓ c. light mayonnaise
    ¼ tsp. curry powder
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 Hy-Vee heavy weight savory rotisserie chicken, shredded (about 4 c.)
    ½ c. finely chopped celery
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, optional

    Directions

    1. Cut the bread in half length-wise. Remove center of each half to make room for the filling, leaving 3/4-inch-thick shell.
    2. Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, curry powder and milk. Fold in shredded chicken and celery. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
    3. Spread mixture on bottom half of bread. Press top half of bread gently on top of filling.
    4. Wrap sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. Cut into slices to serve.
