Mock Eggs Benedict For Easter
Servings and Ingredients
|8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and cut in half|
|2 Hy-Vee English muffins, split and toasted|
|4 medium slices tomato|
|4 eggs, poached|
|½ c. Hy-Vee Smooth N' Cheesy|
- Melt cheese in microwave according to instructions on jar.
- Place 4 bacon pieces on each English muffin half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 poached egg.
- Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons melted cheese sauce over each egg.
