    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and cut in half
    2 Hy-Vee English muffins, split and toasted
    4 medium slices tomato
    4 eggs, poached
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Smooth N' Cheesy

    Directions

    1. Melt cheese in microwave according to instructions on jar.
    2. Place 4 bacon pieces on each English muffin half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 poached egg.
    3. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons melted cheese sauce over each egg.
